Asinine mindset

I received the following mail with a link to a site -like many more of them-who try to guile Sikhs into believing that they belong to another religion, and not the larger Hindu spread. These are not new efforts; they began with the British when they brought SGPC act into force! This farce was further fueled by Sh. M.K. Gandhi; remember his song...Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Isai...? And the result of all this? Well thank you Mr. Gandhi...although Khalistani terrorists butchered thousand of innocent Indians, they still failed your ambitions to become their messiah! It will not take much effort for a reasonable mind to understand that the elections expenditure for the president ship of just Delhi's SGPC is more than the essences for an M.P's seat? I am not able to comprehend, where does this money come from??
Anyway, here is the knavery that the site is offering:

Dear Sadh Sangat Ji
Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh
Sikhpoint.com once more takes the pleasure of bringing to your vision another serious instance of 'Bipran Ki Reet' prevalent among Sikhs through a satire on Sikhs practicing and believing Brahminical Ritualism in their daily lives.
The satire is aimed on those Sikh individuals or families who due to lack of awareness about Sikh 'Rehat Maryada' or even more sadly, knowingly follow Brahminical Superstitions or Rituals like not going out if somebody sneezes, making a U-turn if a cat crosses from front, adopting belief that a particular day is good to start a work etc. This ill practice is clearly against 'Sikh Rehat Maryada'.
By putting ourselves in numerous good and evil omens in our daily routines, we are only staining the refined and reasoning image of Sikhism. The mistake is not only with the setup of Indian Society, which is so inter-mingled with Brahminical thought and philosophy that makes us find it difficult to retain our different identity. Small superstitions are hazardous as they lead to complete change of a person's philosophy of life. So, it is very dangerous for individual Sikh Identity. The easiest way to shed all this harmful ritualism is taking a step towards understanding Gurbani –
sgun Apsgun iqs kau lgih ijsu cIiq n AwvY ]iqsu jmu nyiV n AwveI jo hir pRiB BwvY ]2] (401, Awsw, m: 5) (Good omens and bad omens affect those who do not keep the Lord in the mind. The Messenger of Death does not approach those who are pleasing to the Lord God. 2)
Recurring practice of superstitions by Sikhs expresses our disregard towards 'Waheguru Ka Bhana'.
We invite the Sikh Community to come forward to extinguish superstitions from our lives and society and also stop others from following them. It is our duty, being the true sons of Guru Nanak Dev Ji to make and develop our faith in true sense of purity of logic and awareness. We have tried to express our deep sadness on these happenings in the form of a satire. Please click the link below to have a hearty laugh and also to contemplate a little about the decaying faith of Sikhs in Sikhi itself.
