Article 35 A and Kashmir.

Kashmir is in the news. Never in the past were so many dispatched to enjoy their well deserved rest under tombstones. And never in the past were so many who deserved to be placed behind the stone walls and Iron rods, have been placed there, as well. 
Kashmir is in the news because Supreme Court is hearing a petition in regard to Article 35 A. Kashmir is shown in the picture, it is just that enclave in the whole body of Jammu & Kashmir, which is shown in white. An it is this white area which has all the problem for this are has 70% of the total economy of J&K held under its control. It is this area that has nearly double the average income of a common Indian,and that too tax free.AND it is in this area where (thanks to Nehru-Sheikh Abdullah fraud in shape of Article 370) by virtue the provisions of State Constitution of 1956, the 96 % MUSLIM POPULATION IS A MINORITY POPULATION and 3% POPULATION OF HINDUS IS MAJORITY! And thus this 'minority' enjoys all sorts of protections, benefits, soaps, that they now think is a birth right. The state of J&K has about 1100 Chartered Accountants, of which just 125 are there in Kashmir. Since no one pays any tax, the degree of a Ca is meaningless degree in J&K.

35 A has similar perverted,twisted and criminally designed provisions of Citizenship, just to favor one section of the population. A Pakistani can easily become a citizen of Kashmir, but an Indian can not.Some Kashmiris can vote for Indian Parliament, but can not vote for Kashmir Assembly. By virtue of this section, Omar Abdullah could earn his degrees in Bombay, an Umar of Bombay or Amar of Delhi can not study in Kashmir.This fraud perpetrated upon Indian Constitution, Indian Parliament and the Indian Population must end. And end at the earliest!.
